  3. I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?
    All orders before 12pm on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders after 12pm cut off time will be shipped out the next business day.


    *No delivery on first Saturday of every month

  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be prompted to select Payment and Shipping Method.

  6. How can I track my order?
    Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. 

    You can also find the tracking number in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, click on ‘View Previous Order’ and select the order you wish to view.

  7. Will I have to personally sign for my package?
    No. You or some one else at the receiving end can sign for the package.

  8. What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
    We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount

  9. Is cash-on-delivery an option?
    No. However, self-collection is possible at UG-28A, Upper Ground Floor, Plaza Low Yat, Jalan 1/77, Off Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  10. What happens to my order if no one is at home when it delivers?
    Pos Laju/Skynet will leave a note with instruction in your mailbox. You will be directed to the nearest post office to collect your parcel. If the parcel is not collected within a week, the parcel will be shipped back to us.
