▶ Please remove the battery connector before installing the part to avoid short-circuit
▶ Please TEST the LCD first before proceeding to glue/install any screw/attached any other part. Don’t forget to test the touch screen too, make sure all alphabets can touch / The screen no auto touch / No lagging. Do not proceed to install if you are not satisfied with the quality or face any problem with it
▶ Only use glue/sticker/double tape that specific for the mobile phone spare part only. Do not use UHU glue, super glue, gum Gajah and etc. We won’t proceed for any warranty/refund if you use the wrong glue
▶ If your housing is bend, please change the housing first before proceed to replace the LCD. Else the LCD might break easily
【Return & Exchange Policy】
▶ If you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know within 3 days from the day that you received your item
▶ We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
▶ If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount
▶ The item that you are returning will be fully tested before an exchange or refund will be issued.
▶ If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation we will not be able to offer any form of refund or exchange
▶ Please note that the warranty/ exchange /refund process might take up to 2-5 working days to complete

▶ We also have a NO FIX, NO FEE policy. This means, if you send your damaged mobile phone to us and we cannot repair it, we will return it to you without any charge
