All mobile phone repair parts from Cell Care Mobile Solution are factory tested before we ship. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know via [email protected] or 010 – 908 7887 within seven (7) days from the day that you received your item. - Do i need to pay shipping return cost?
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the day that you received your item - Where should i return the item(s) to?

- How long does it take for me to get a refund?
The item that you are returning will be fully tested before an exchange or refund will be issued. If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installatation we will not be able to offer any form of refund or exchange. Once the return item is inspected (usually within 24 hours), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to credit the refund into your account.
